1. The free browsing benefit is only applicable to browsing the specified Social Networking web/wap-sites namely – Facebook, Twitter, Nimbuzz, Linked- in and Orkut. However any embedded applications and external URLs/Links will be charged at base tariff rates( i.e. 1ps/1kb)
2. Free Social Networking Sites browsing offer on Tata DOCOMO BuddyNet is a limited period offer and can be modified or withdrawn by the company at its sole discretion.
3. It will be applicable to all Tata DOCOMO customers enrolled for Tata DOCOMO BuddyNet. The benefits will be applicable only while the customer is Tata DOCOMO BuddyNet Member.
4. Currently upto 2GB usage/ month is free . thereafter the Fair usage policy (FUP) will apply on Free usage under this offer. This limit may be modified from time to time by the company at its sole discretion.
5. The benefit on free Social Networking Sites on Tata DOCOMO BuddyNet will start at 12 midnight on the day of activation of Tata DOCOMO BuddyNet.
6. Skype applications are blocked on the Nimbuzz site.
7. This promotional offer is valid on Tata DOCOMO Home & Tata DOCOMO roaming networks only, other roaming networks it will be charged at 10p/10kb.
8. The customer handset must support GPRS to avail of this benefit.
9. In case there is any change made to Social Networking by the respective parties then Tata DOCOMO cannot be held responsible for any data charges that can accrue on your account.
10. This free offer is valid till 15 May 2010.

Gift a Recharge

Use your balance to Gift a recharge to other Tata DOCOMO customers

* Tata DOCOMO BuddyNet Member can now Gift Recharge to any Tata DOCOMO Member through this special feature.
* A Member can Gift Rs.11 RC through which the Recipient customer will get 1000 Local SMS with 30 days validity credited in the account.
* A Member can do any number of Gift a recharge Transactions in a day.


Process of Gifting & Charges

* To Gift a recharge Member needs to type "GiftTarget Mobile NumberGift a recharge amount" and send it to 54321
* For example 9030012345 gifts the pack to 9030099999. The sender types " Gift 9030099999 11" and SMS to 54321
* There will be no deduction for SMS. And Rs.11 will be deducted from the sender's balance. The SMS will be posted in the account of the recipient.


Terms and Conditions

* The Balance for Gifting has to be Rs.12 at the time of transfer. If balance is not sufficient the transfer will be declined.
* Reversals will not be allowed.
* The system will recognize "GIFT" or "gift" or "Gift".

Balance Transfer

* Tata DOCOMO BuddyNet Members can now transfer Talktime to other DOCOMO prepay friends.
* Transfer can happen only from Tata DOCOMO BuddyNet Members, to any DOCOMO prepay customer.


Process of Transfer & Charges:

* To transfer Balance Member need to type "BTTarget Mobile Number Amount" and send it to 54321
* To reverse the Amount a Member needs to type "RBTTransaction ID" and send it to 54321
* SMS to 54321 for Balance Transfer will be charged at Re.1 and for reversal will be Toll Free.


Conditions:

* The sender’s account balance for "Balance Transfer" has to be Transfer Amount + Rs.1 at the time of transfer. If balance is not sufficient the transfer will be declined. However, the SMS will be charged.
* In case of Reversals the amount reversed will be dependent on the balance available with the recipient.
* The system will recognize "BT" or "bt" or "Bt"
* For Example to Transfer Rs.25 Talk-time from 9030012345 to 9030099999 . The sender types "BT 9030099999 25" and SMS to 54321
